When Rockhopper visits Club Penguin, he brings items from Rockhopper Island. When you meet Rockhopper, he gives you his background. Rockhopper's last visit was in the end of February. He probably will be back around the end of April with the Rockhopper party.
How to Meet Rockhopper
If you follow these tips, you have a good chance of meeting Rockhopper.
Rockhopper is only in Club Penguin for 10 days.
Rockhopper only goes on servers with 5 green marks on it.
I heard his favorite server is Snow Cone. (This may not be true)
He will only be on a server for 5-10 minutes.
His favorite room is the Pizza Parlor. (I asked him)
He may also be in the Hold of the Migrator, the Plaza, the Cove, the Ice Berg, the Crows Nest, or the Captain's Quarters.
If he is not in any of these places log out and try another server, or just try to wait for him in one of these places.
